1. Price Lists

All prices shown in the list of our products include VAT www.rustiluz.com in countries where applicable and are valid except transcription error or computer problems.
This is because the taxes vary by destination country of purchase. In the final summary of the final purchase price of it is shown, indicating the share of taxes by country chosen shipping data quantity.

RUSTILUZ customers benefit from the confidence that skilled artisans as using quality materials produce our articles, always keeping one year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty.
The shortages in the functionality of the items, due to limited conception of them, are also excluded from warranty coverage.
6. Returns and exchanges material
Our customer service department has a customer service to solve any problem with our products or shipments through which we try to offer a quick and efficient attention to our clients.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 of the Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002, of 19 December.).
Just send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions.
It is very important that you return the product / s exchange or return perfectly packaged. If products are damaged due to improper packaging not accept the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and check that all the above conditions are met, RUSTILUZ accept the return of the product and proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment, and if necessary, send the new product.
Sometimes deliveries abroad may have additional costs in the delivery country customs or taxes added. Failure to collect the request for refund of the amount will be made.
